Quick and Easy Little Smokies
Sweet and spicy, these Quick and Easy Little Smokies are the perfect appetizer. Done in under 30 minutes, minimal ingredients and amazing flavor.

- 3/4 cup bbq sauce
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp mexican chili powder
- 1/2 tsp mustard powder
- 1 14 oz pkg little smokies
In saucepan combine your bbq sauce, orange marmalade, paprika, chili powder and mustard powder.
Bring to a boil and simmer for abut 5 minutes to let flavors marry and combine.
Add in your little smokies and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes until sauce thickens and smokies are heated through.
- You can use any meat you'd like pork or beef, it doesn't matter, it's personal preference.
- You can make this in the slow cooker, reference instructions above.
- You can easily double this recipe.
- If you want to cut back on the sweetness, add less of the marmalade and more bbq sauce.
- To make "pretty" plate and sprinkle with a little bit of fresh chopped parsley if desired.
